You have the ability to choose where you take your car to be repaired. We are a choice repairer for all major insurance companies, so once you’ve nominated us as your preferred repairer you simply need to provide us with your claim reference number.

We provide a 24 hour towing service, so we can collect your vehicle and bring it back to our secure yard for you. Please find full details of this service on our Towing service page.
We are dedicated to getting you back on the road as quickly as possible, however time frames will vary depending on the extent of the damage and availability of parts. We will be able to advise on this once we’ve assessed your car.
We have a fleet of replacement cars available to you for the duration of your vehicle repair, for a small cost per day including insurance and maintenance. If the accident wasn’t your fault, we can organise with you and your insurance company a hire car at no additional charge.
